The 2019 Scotgrain Golf Tournament took place at Brechin Golf Club, with about 20 farmers taking to the fairways along with some of the Scotgrain team.

Findlay Russell of Drummietermont Farm took the winners prize on the day, with Graeme Carnegie and Ross Hume coming in a close 2nd and 3rd. Bacon Rolls before the game and a meal after the game at the club house made up for those of us whose skills on the fairways could still do with a bit of polish, although everybody left with a few Scotgrain gifts.

Scotgrain have been running an annual golf tournament for a number of years, and it continues to be a welcome addition to our social calendar, allowing Growers to benefit from getting the craic, while finding out about some of the latest industry news. No doubt, the ability to take some time at a driving range is also a good stress relief that many of us can also benefit from!

To find out more about when the next tournament is planned, or which events and shows you can catch up with the Scotgrain team – get in touch with your local farm trader.
